SENATE BILL NO. 18 by Senators Ellis, Leman, Donley, entitled:                 
                                                                               
"An Act making an appropriation for a grant to the                            
Municipality of Anchorage for renovation and                                   
addition to West Anchorage High School; and                                    
providing for an effective date."
